Aged in Frey Ranch barrels for 18 months. Added vanilla, cinnamon, and coffee.

Indulge in a sensory symphony with our Sky Rockets in Flight….(afternoon delight), where the decadence of a classic dessert meets the refreshing allure of craft beer. This brew is a tantalizing fusion of creamy cheesecake goodness and luscious ripe strawberries, expertly crafted to transport your taste buds to dessert paradise.

This collaboration blend was created with our friends at Lead Dog brewery. Flanders Red style sour aged on Huckleberry and black currants. Sour ale with a big fruit character gives a tart and jammy experience in a glass.

Our new line of hard seltzers start with the freshest free-range alpine water around. We add sugar, yeast, and allow this libation to ferment completely before adding natural flavorings. This hard seltzer has a touch of sweetness and a smooth, dry finish for a refreshing change up among our beer offerings

We present to you our crisp, easy-drinking Mammoth Czech-Style Pilsner! The Premium Pilsner Malt backbone gives this beer a clear pale-straw color and light body, with slightly sweet bready and toasted biscuit aromas and flavors. We balanced the malt profile with Nugget and Tettnanger hop additions on the hot side, and lightly dry-hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh for a wonderful floral and fruity finish.

Native to Sierra Nevada mountain waters, the elusive golden trout is a brilliantly colored prize for any fisherman. Grassy and crisp like a Sierra stream, this kolsch pours as gold and vibrant as the fish it’s named for. A Sierra-born beer worthy to be named for a Sierra-born fish. Mmm: Vienna malts give Golden Trout a full body and flavor, while Saaz hops take it downstream to a softer, more floral place. Pairs well with Sierra sunshine.

Our ode to the Owens Valley and the highway 395 corridor, this double IPA is distinctly bolder than our Epic IPA and celebrates the aroma-hops, desert sage, and mountain juniper.

We’re excited for you to try our newest Hazy IPA – always a crowd pleaser, we aimed to knock your socks off by squeezing every ounce of juiciness out of the hop medley we carefully chose to make this brew burst with flavor. Utilizing only end-of-boil, whirlpool, and dry-hops, our Hazy IPA has mild bitterness and gushes with smooth hop flavor to keep you coming back for more. The blend of hops showers your palate with a dank citrus backbone, complemented with bountiful aromas and flavors like tangerine, apricot, tropical fruit, and melon. As mother nature blesses us with sunshine and summer heat, refresh, relax, and reward yourself with a pint to celebrate another adventure in the books.

Reminiscent of coffee and dark chocolate, this dark ale exhibits a mild sweetness and finishing roast dryness. This big ol’ Brown Porter is a Mammoth legend. And what’s nice to know is that no nuts were harmed or used during the brewing of this beer.

Fall 2016 barrel aged seasonal. Elderberry sour was aged 12 months in our naturally soured bourbon barrels. As the barrel aging was coming to an end, loyal staff and family braved the wilds of the Eastern Sierra to pick Elderberries from Lundy and Scheelite Canyons. We married the sour and elderberries together in a fermenter and let blend into a blissful state. Enjoy, oddly enough, with smoked meats. Bottle conditioned for your pleasure.

No fruit says “summer” more than cherries at the peak of ripeness. We’ve captured that seasonal experience in a bottle (and removed all the pits for you in the process). Soured in our Kettle with fast-souring Lactobacillus to achieve the desired level of tartness, the wort is then boiled and hops are added to give a little balance of flavor. After finishing fermentation with our house yeast, this brew was blended with Tart-Cherry puree for a refreshing lemonade-like tartness with a pleasant effervescence to make this brew a perfect libation to cap off a day of recreation during the heat of the summer. Best enjoyed in a Tulip Shaped Glass!
