Metal Jeff

Jeff Rogers (Metal Jeff) is an illustrator who pulls influence from comic books, printmaking, mythology, and wouldn’t you guess it, metal music. He’s dabbled in many mediums but the focus remains illustration above all else. Secondarily, film photography has become a major outlet as well. All of these influences lead to building a body of work exploring a non existent mythology exploring a balance of weirdness and beauty, and a little bit of darkness. 

Being heavily involved in the music scene for over 20 years, music is an integral part of his relationship with art including shirt designs, album art, and live photography.
